Ok, so basically none of us understood anything I just said. I get it, it's hard to comprehend anything when our brains are under attack and inflamed from mold. For this reason, I'll try to make it as simple as possible.

To make this as simple as possible, almost all nuts, seeds, beans, whole grains and gluten are strictly prohibited on the PhazeMoldDiet until you are fully detoxed.
