Watermelon Slushies

This watermelon slushie is a refreshing summer favorite. Watermelon increases glutathione!! So drink up! If you are in Phaze 4 you'll need to avoid watermelon for 90 days because of the sugar content...but the other remaining 7 months you can have watermelon!

SUPPLIES YOU'LL NEED

INGREDIENTS

One Organic watermelon

1 organic lime or lemon

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Wash and cut watermelon. Separate rind from the pulp and remove any seeds.

  2. Place pulp and citrus juice into blender and blend until smooth.

  3. Place smooth mixture into the glass storage container and store in freezer 4-6 or more hours.

  4. Remove frozen container from freezer and let it thaw for 30 minutes at room temperature.

  5. Remove frozen mixture and remix it again in blender until cold and smooth.

  6. Serve immediately
