This is one of my favorite dinners on the PhazeMoldDiet because it is really simple and can be eaten on every single phaze in the diet.
KITCHEN ITEMS YOU'll NEED
Outdoor grille or cast iron skillet grille like this one (DO NOT USE TEFLON GRILLS they are toxic)
Avocado spray oil for seasoning your cast iron skillet
This super inexpensive stove top grill is an awesome way to grill indoors without the expense of a pricey backyard grill. For under $25!
If you have an outdoor grill you can use that instead but not everyone has a grill.
INGREDIENTS
About 4 cups of pre-cooked "Cauli-rice" (RECIPE FOR CAULI-RICE IS HERE)
4 Pasture-Raised chicken breasts (avoid conventional or organic/grain fed chicken)
About 8 Mini rainbow peppers (colors may vary)
Marinade:
4 organic Limes
1/4 c Olive Oil (see which kinds I recommend for the PhazeMoldDiet)
Celtic Sea Salt to taste
1 Tbsp of fresh organic Cilantro
Garnish:
3 sprigs of organic scallions (aka/green onions)
T Tbsp of fresh organic Cilantro
