Basic Lemon Water

Drinking organic lemon water is a daily habit during the PhazeMoldDiet. Lemons have detoxification properties that help move toxins to the kidneys for processing and elimination.


  • Glass, stainless or quartz cutting board (avoid using wooden or plastic cutting boards)

  • Glass or glass pitcher for bigger quantities of lemon water

  • Citrus Press (You can get one here)

Kitchen Items for (Optional Ingredients)

  • Lemon zester (We love ours, you can get one here)


  • Organic Lemons

  • Filtered water (Avoid using tap water, well water)

(Optional added ingredients)

other ingredients can be added to boost your lemon water. Try these for added antioxidants, antifungal properties and minerals.

  • Lime Juice

  • Lime Zest

  • Lemon Zest

  • Himalayan Pink Salt (dash)

  • Celtic Sea Salt (dash)


  1. Pour glass of filtered water

  2. zest lemon into glass

  3. or cut lemon slices into each glass

  4. Add your dash of salt

  5. Drink or store in a glass pitcher (below)

To premake your lemon water for the day you can purchase a "glass" pitcher like THIS ONE and store it in the fridge up to 3 days.
