Updated: Oct 9, 2020

This is a quick, warm and nourishing breakfast for phazers on the beginning months or end months of the PhazeMoldDiet. Oats are easy to make and adding toppings are a breeze.

Keep in mind that oat-containing recipes are ONLY for early phazes or end phazes of the PhazeMoldDiet. Avoid eating oats in phazes 3, 4, 5 & 6.

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup Organic Oats (not quick oats)

2 cups of filtered water

1/8 t Celtic Sea salt 1/8 t organic cinnamon

1 T raw honey
