This salad includes a wide variety of different vegetables and 2 fruits. This is a great salad to expand your nutritional intake.
1 c organic spinach
1c organic parsley
1c organic field greens
1c organic broccoli chopped
1/2 c organic chopped celery
1/2 c organic purple cabbage chopped
organic red bell pepper
organic orange bell pepper
1/2 organic roma tomato (omit the tomato if you are in Phaze 4 ONLY) otherwise they are ok in moderation in Phaze 3. Phaze 1, 2, 5, 6, 7 and 8 you may consume tomatoes freely).
1/4 c sliced zucchini strips (we use a grater)
One sliced radish
1 sliced organic carrot
1/2 small organic cucumber
1/4 c sliced beet strips (we use a grater)
1/2 organic avocado
Sprouts of your choice (optional).
