Basic Carrot juice

Simple carrot juice, straight from your juicer.


Carrot juice is filled with tons of detoxifying properties. In fact, carrots are highly antifungal and surprisingly they are NOT high in sugar? Whaaat? "But wait, everyone knows they are high in sugar!" This is actually a false myth. We did tons of research on carrots and check out what we found in our article HERE


SUPPLIES YOU NEED

  • Juicer

  • Glass

  • Cutting board

  • Kitchen knife


INGREDIENTS

4-6 organic carrots


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Using knife and cutting board cut off the stems of the carrots.

  2. Rinse carrots with filtered water

  3. Place glass or container under the exit spout on the juicer

  4. Turn on the juicer and put carrots through..juice should come out into glass.

  5. Drinking juice within 15 min of it being exposed to oxygen.

  6. If you store juice you can store it in the refrigerator up to 24 hrs. Its very important to store juice immediately in airtight glass jars to avoid the juice losing enzymes.
