Food Allergies, Intolerances & Sensitivities on the PhazeMoldDiet

About

Having food allergies, intolerances and sensitivities is not considered a specific "toxic mold" symptom, however there are many many biochemical pathways that can be disturbed in a person's body from many other conditions and exposures. Mold can be one of those triggers, so it's very hard to create specific meal plans or diets just for someone with certain "select" allergies. I have written a general "article" on the website here https://www.phazemolddiet.com/food-intolerances that addresses the question of these allergies and intolerances in the "mold sick". However...please feel free to have open discussion here on the topic. I am not a doctor, so I cannot answer any medical related questions about diagnosed conditions or biochemical pathways but can point you in the right direction or give "informational advice" from a personal perspective.
