Tropical Coconut & Almond Smoothie

This is a smooth and creamy smoothie recipe that is packed with good fats, protein and carbs without any processed sugars. Avoid this smoothie in Phazes 4 and 5 to cut back on glucose.


ITEMS YOU'LL NEED


  • Glass, Stainless or Stone cutting board

  • Stainless Steel cutting knife

  • Blender, Nutribullet or Ninja

  • *Optional: Glass or Stainless steel straws


IINGREDIENTS


Tropical coconut almond smoothie


1 banana

1 cup pineapple

1 cup mango

1 can full fat coconut milk

1/2 c almond milk

1/4 t pure vanilla extract

1/2 t organic cinnamon

1/4 c slivered almonds

2 T raw unsweetened coconut

1 cup ice


INSTRUCTIONS


  1. Peel and cut Pineapple, Mango and banana. Drop fruit into the mixer.

  2. Thrown in all remaining ingredients and blend on high for 20-40 seconds or until creamy smooth.

  3. Pour into glasses and drink immediately.
