Sometimes you just gotta have the relaxing drink and chai spice sometimes makes us feel relaxed. This is a simple twist on a basic chai-spice but is "moldie-friendly" and safe.
INGREDIENTS
4 teaspoons ground cinnamon
2 teaspoons ground ginger
1 teaspoon ground cardamom
1 teaspoon allspice
pinch of cayenne pepper
STORAGE
Place your dry spice in air tight jars (like the ones below) that are either glass or stainless steel. Avoid using wooden jars or plastic containers. Another hidden danger are "rubber seals". The containers below have a safe silicone seal on them that is safe for food.
