Detox Rainbow Slaw

This basic slaw recipe is super sweet and tangy and can be eaten alone or included in many other PhazeMoldDiet recipes in the program.

KICHEN ITEMS YOU'LL NEED

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 green organic cabbage

  • 1 purple organic cabbage

  • 3 organic carrots

  • 1 large green apple julienned or thin sliced 

  • 3 tbsp fresh organic dill

  • 2 tbsp raw organic honey "unfiltered"

  • 1/2 cups fresh squeezed organic lemon juice

  • 4 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 tsp  organic horseradish

  • celtic sea salt to taste

  • dash of cayenne pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Finely shred the cabbage, carrots and apple using a cheese grater. If you don’t have one, use a sharp knife and shred as fine as you can! The thinner the cabbage, the better this will taste.
     

  • Combine all the other Ingredients and mix together in a large bowl. Taste it as you go to see if it needs any more acidity (lemon juice), oil or salt!
     

  • Can be served immediately or it gets better next day! Can stay fresh and free of fungal growth for up to 4 days in the refrigerator if covered.
