Banana Walnut Oatmeal

This is a quick, warm and nourishing breakfast for phazers on the beginning months or end months of the PhazeMoldDiet. Oats are easy to make and adding toppings are a breeze.

Keep in mind that oat-containing recipes are ONLY for early phazes or end phazes of the PhazeMoldDiet. Avoid eating oats in phazes 3, 4, 5 & 6.

SUPPLIES YOU'LL NEED

Stainless steel stovetop pot

Filtered water

knife

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup Organic Oats (not quick oats)

2 cups of filtered water

1/8 t Celtic Sea salt
 
1/8 t organic cinnamon

1 T raw honey

Organic walnuts

1 organic banana

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Pre-filter your two cups of water

  2. Place pot on medium heat on the stovetop. Pour in the two cups of water. Bring two cups to a boil.

  3. Put in oats, salt and cinnamon and stir until very creamy and all of the excess water is gone. Do not overcook or it will become very dry.

  4. Once it is done turn off the heat source and scrape the oatmeal into a bowl.

  5. Garnish bowl with walnuts, banana and drizzle with no more than one tablespoon of raw honey.
