This Lemon Smoothie is smooth and refreshing with full fat coconut milk, lemons, honey, ginger and turmeric.

KITCHEN ITEMS YOU'LL NEED
Blender or Nutribullet
Filtered water
Lemon Zester or cheese grater
Citrus press juicer
INGREDIENTS
1 can of full fat coconut milk or if you can't have coconut you can replace this with 1 cup unsweetened hemp milk.
1 cup ice cubes (made with filtered water)
4 organic lemons freshly squeezed.
2 tablespoons raw unfiltered honey
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
2 teaspoons grated lemon zest
1/8 teaspoon ground turmeric
INSTRUCTIONS
Using a citrus press squeeze the juice from the 4 lemons into your blender or nutribullet.
Using the lemon zester grate the peel of approximately 2 of the lemons into the blender.
Using the lemon zester or a cheese greater grate the ginger into the blender.
Finally combine all remaining ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth. Garnish with a lemon wedge. Serve immediately.
