These little snacks are a perfect choice when you need a protein boost. This recipe uses clean ingredients that give you a boost of energy
TOOLS YOU'LL NEED
Glass cutting board, granite or stainless cutting surface
Cutting knife
Glass or stainless cutting board
INGREDIENTS
2 organic cucumbers
Wild Caught Albacore Tuna (Pouch preferred or BPA-free cans to avoid toxins.
Avocado Mayo (We only use 1 brand: Primal Kitchen)
1 stalk organic celery
1 sprig organic green onions (aka: scallions)
1/4 t celtic sea salt
1/8 t cayenne pepper organic
INSTRUCTIONS
Using the cutting board and knife, cut cucumbers into coin shapes and set them aside.
In a small bowl mix all of the ingredients until well blended.
Scoop the tuna onto the cucumber slices
Serve
