Rainbow Fruit Platter

Updated: May 1, 2022

This colorful fruit platter is packed with antioxidants and immune-boosting power. Avoid Fruits on Phaze 3 and 4.

KITCHEN ITEMS YOU'LL NEED

  • Glass, Stainless Steel, Quartz or Marble cutting board (avoid wood, plastics ect)

  • Stainless Steel kitchen knife

  • Water Filtration System (Aquasana or Berkey)

  • One T of baking soda to rinse fruits

INGREDIENTS (all organic!!)

1 lemon

1 c raspberries

1 c red grapes

1 c blueberries

4 kiwis

1 c cut up pineapple

1 small can of mandarin oranges (hard to find these in organic so it's ok)

1 c strawberries

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Cut skin off of pineapple using either a knife and cutting board or you can use this awesome tool that I have: A Pineapple Corer! I love it! Once you are done coring the pineapple you can now cut it into perfect slices for presentation.

  2. In a separate bowl, add some filtered water and the 1 T of baking soda to the water. Throw all of the fruits into the water and rinse them. This will kill off any mold or fungus that may be lurking on the outside of the fruit.

  3. Peel and cut your kiwis and cut the ops off of the strawberries as well.

  4. Open your can of mandarin oranges and be sure to drain the liquid from the can first.

  5. Using a serving tray or plate align your fruits according to the photo below. This is a great way to also have kids participate in the PhazeMoldDiet by giving them a job to organize the fruits into a rainbow.

  6. ENJOY!! or just stare at it...lol either way it makes you happy!!
