Green Goddess Dressing

This is a twist on the standard Green Goddess. It's only made with 6 basic ingredients. Super easy and tastes great!

It's very important on the "Phaze Mold Diet" not to consume store bought dressings because they contain "inflammatory oils", "dairy/gluten/casein", "sugars", "chemicals", "Food dyes" and "iodized salt".

My version contains only good, healthy ingredients that will nourish your body and help you make progress on your mold detoxification goals.


 
INGREDIENTS:
 

1 cup Coconut Milk

1/2 organic avocado

2 tbsp. organic basil leaves minced

1 tbsp. organic cilantro leaves minced

3 organic limes freshly squeezed

2-3 cloves of organic garlic minced finely

3 tbsp. avocado oil OR cold pressed olive oil

Celtic Sea Salt (to your taste)

Dash of organic cayenne pepper

DIRECTIONS:

Combine all of the ingredients in a food processor or blender.

Mix your ingredients on the highest speed until the dressing is creamy and smooth. If you need to scrape the sides, do so.

If dressing is too thick you can add a non-dairy nut milk or water to make it the consistency you want.

Place dressing in a covered container or bottle for up to 4 days in refrigerator. Discard after 4 days.
